Referring to many exiting years learning more about research and development, structural engineering, planning, consulting, product management and finally more about concepts of a remote work-life, the desire for the creation of an organizational entity which enables a problem-solving mechanical process engineer and designer to act in the fields, either on-site wherever the problem is, or online wherever one wishes to work from, was born.

The ‘shell’ for the exploration of highly professional technical means and their more tailored derivates on the market needed to be created and a concept turned into reality. After joining the Estonian e-Residency program, the concept underwent an intense exploration and validation phase focussing on cloud-IT-infrastructure what prepared for making best choices in terms of investments predominantly in form of rentals and leases.

By establishing the company on June 18 in 2020 in the symbolic place the city of Coimbra/PT by registering online in Tallinn/Estonia, the final decision in favour of entering this ‘experiment’ was made. Since then, one successfully operates the infrastructure which completes the staff`s professional capabilities and ambitions and empowers for the entrepreneurial challenge.
